Classes recommencing 7th June 2021
2 yoga classes are currently available in Ewell Grove School, Main Hall, Ewell Village, Epsom
Monday Evenings. Please phone me to confirm attendance.
Classes are weekly unless notified. Please check with me.
6:30 - 7:45pm Yoga for all levels
Jo's classes are really enjoyable and the time seems to go so quickly. We focus on a different theme each week and Jo is very good at encouraging you to find the balance between pushing yourself but also recognising your limitations. Beginners and Intermediate students 6.30pm - 7.45pm
For those new to yoga the early 6.30pm 60 minute class is ideal. This class will help you to understand and practice the basic yoga poses and alignment principles. Also if you have not exercised for some time and want to ease yourself into a regular practice.
For those who have progressed past beginners and want to practice at a more challenging level.
Also can appeal to students with good fitness levels and want to see what can offer them. The 60 minute class will offer you support and challenge.
Drop in and pay each week: £ 11
6 week block is a saving on a weekly class and can be taken whenever is suitable for you: £ 60
Private Tuition: I can travel to you for one to one or small group sessions to be arranged. Cost to be confirmed.
Pay cash to me or ask for my bank account details to make a transfer. Please make payment on the day.
Equipment to bring to class: Your own yoga mat and a towel or blanket.
I provide blocks and straps which can be aid moving in to various postures and to deepen your practice. I have hand sanitiser and wipes to keep equipment clean. I will not be lending mats out. If you do not yet own your own mat I can make recommendations to reputable yoga equipment companies. I recommend for the rest at the end of class bringing a blanket or towel and an eye pillow to aid relaxation.
